Back in early 2014, Kyle James Patrick and Brady Roberts released a 4-part web series titled Nightwing: Prodigal, which told the story of Dick Grayson/Nightwing as he went up against the infamous Court of Owls while searching for the missing Batman.
The ending of the series left us in suspense with several questions still unanswered. However, the wait for those answers is finally almost over, because next month the highly anticipated sequel film hits the web. Here's the official synopsis for the film:
When a member of the Bat Family is murdered, Nightwing must face his greatest threat - or risk losing everything.
On Christmas Day, Roberts, along with new director, Matthew Campbell, released a "Previously on Nightwing" video to catch fans up in anticipation for the new film. If you've seen the series, check it out below, otherwise click HERE to watch the entire Nightwing: Prodigal series.

The synopsis alone has gotten me hyped for this film, but that trailer really set the tone and raised the excitement level. Will we see any other returning villains? What will be the outcome of Dick receiving a Green Lantern ring? Will he finally find Batman? These questions and more will be answered when the film releases next month.
